Extensively renovated throughout, Hoppy's Place has a warm and relaxing vibe the moment you walk through the door - you will instantly be in holiday mode.
Everything has been styled with flair and comfort in mind to create an atmosphere you have to experience. Renovated by a local designer, this spacious two bedroom, ground floor apartment has all the modern conveniences, coupled with funky décor and a splash of chic luxury - unwind and take in the layered aesthetics. NBN provided for your remote working holiday, or sit back in the sun-filled bay window with reverse cycle air conditioned living area and watch the world go by.

Step out onto the side common area, where you can enjoy an afternoon BBQ in the quaint garden setting. Perfect for a couples retreat, corporate stay, or well-seasoned travellers who are looking for that little something 'extra'.

Just a 300m level stroll to some of the best beaches on the mid north coast. Enjoy the award winning boutique bars, gourmet restaurants, shopping and conveniences – all easily accessed just one street over. Plenty of on-street parking available, single garage is not available for guest use. Linen and bath towels provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted. Please read our full terms and conditions prior to booking. Please note that there are no stairs to the entrance of this property, and it is level inside the apartment.

Great location to beach and shops

We enjoyed our stay - weather not great, found bedroom a little dusty and had to buy more toilet paper - not quite enough for our stay only 2 rolls. Chairs or lounge not comfortable to watch TV, everything else was great though,

Handy little apartment to access all of Sawtells great experiences

A nice quiet little apartment which is great for a short stay. Really convenient to the main street and beach. Apartment has all the items to make your stay comfortable. Would’ve liked access to the garage so I didn’t have to park on the street, that’s a minor inconvenience. Will definitely stay here again.
