The space
This warm and cozy home features a modern open-floor layout with large, leather couch and full kitchen. Various seating available for all to find their own spaces to relax and eat. Large trees surround this home and offer lovely filtered sunlight from first blush until sunset. Sip early morning coffee with peace of mind, knowing little ones are safe and secure in fully fenced yard complete with playful hammock. Spend warm summer evenings BBQing with family and loved ones, sharing meals at the outdoor table and chairs. And at dusk plug-in the string lighting for extra ambience.
Delightfully located in the heart of mid-town Coeur d'Alene, and within easy walking distance to countless restaurants, breweries, shopping boutiques, specialty food markets, and coffee houses! For example, the very best sushi restaurant in all of CDA, Syringa Sushi is one block away, an easy two minute walk. Pilgrims Natural Food Market has a fantastic bakery, hot bar, smoothies, açaí bowls and more.... and is an easy half mile walk away. As is Union Coffee Roasters which boast some of the most delicious nitro cold brew in all of CDA, as well as homemade waffles! Coeur d'Alene Lake and several of its very best beaches are just minutes away. As well as two of the biggest and best parks in town: McEuen Park and Splash Pad, and Fort Sherman Park and Beaches. Even the longest vacations would not exhaust the numerous memorable options within two miles of this cozy and inviting home!

Raw, local honey is provided as well. Also, we are happy to provide a specific creamer upon request!
The master bedroom is spacious and welcoming with two windows looking out onto front yard. It has a large walk-in closet stocked with hangers, extra pillows, blankets, a box fan, and a pack-n-play. There is also a TV that can be set up on the dresser in master, or on the desk in the living room.
Two adult bicycles and a trailer for towing two children is also available upon request. As is a high chair which is stored in the shed. Please let us know if you will be in need of these items.
Guest access
Free street parking, as well as off-street parking just off alley is available. This home is very conveniently located near I-90, but not so close as to hear it.
Other things to note
Our yard and landscaping is a work in progress… grass covers all of the yard but there are still some small bare spots. More landscaping to come, please bare with us as we continue to improve the yard over time.
Sidenote, the kitchen counter has some cosmetic imperfections that in no way make the space less usable.
*No hammock or outdoor table/chairs during off season.
**We clean with all natural, essential oil based cleaners, except for the toilet and shower basin is cleaned with a mild, bleach-based cleaner. We are more than happy to put aside the bleach-based cleaner and use the natural stuff for sensitive individuals if desired!
