Welcome to Rabbit Ridge- great location between Yellowstone and Cody

Rabbit Ridge is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located halfway between the historic town of Cody, WY and the East entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The home offers spectacular views of the mountains in Wapiti Valley while being convenient and cozy. You'll likely see wildlife on your drive to the home where elk, deer, bald eagles and rabbits make their home as well. Bring your horses with you, this home has room for boarding horses.
The house has been updated for maximum comfort during your stay. Walking in, you'll be greeted by the open living, dining and kitchen areas. These bright, clean spaces invite you to relax and unwind. The living room features comfortable seating and a sofa sleeper for additional guests, a large smart TV and views from every window. The kitchen features modern appliances and is well equipped to make meal preparation a pleasure. Gather round the dining table for meals at the end of your day's adventures. Or, enjoy a cookout on the grill and dining on the large front deck with firepit and views for miles! The main bedroom features a king size bed and ample storage space and an attached bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and attached bathroom with step in shower combo. Bedroom 3 features 2 twin beds. This well-maintained one level home has a convenient laundry area. Outside, you'll have plenty of outdoor space to relax. Two large deck areas with outdoor dining space, comfortable Adirondack chairs around the gas firepit allow you to enjoy the views. This home is horse friendly with room for your equine traveling companions.

*This property does not have AC. At night temperatures drop to the 50s or lower, opening windows at night cools the property down and lets in the fresh mountain air! Newly installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms will help keep temperatures comfortable.
*Please note the garage is not accessible for guest use.

Our first trip to "Out West" and I can promise it will not be our last. The house was perfect for what we needed/wanted, conveniently located right between Cody (a delightful small town) and Yellowstone (which I fell in love with). Rabbit Ridge had everything we could possibly need.....there is no need to over pack (which we did but know better for next time). The neighborhood was quite, beautiful views, sun rises and sets were beautiful.

Great Stay in Wapiti
We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, plenty of linens, and comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, and utensils. We did get there and find that someone left a crockpot and blender to use. Highly recommend.
