Beautiful Cocoa Beach Townhouse/Condo, Ocean Views, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the Beach.Ocean/ Beach Views from the living room & large balcony. 2 levels of living; 2nd floor L.R., D.R., Kitchen & 1/2 Bath, 3rd floor 3 Bedrooms & 2 Baths.
1,530 sq feet under air. Large balcony to view ocean/beach/pool/Cruise Ships.
All new furniture, king size bed in master with TV & private bath. Queen size in 2nd bedroom with fold up single in closet & two twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Comfortable sleeps seven (7). Full kitchen with all modern stainless steel appliances & all utensils ,you would need. Everything included: linens, towels, beach chairs , beach towels and beach umbrella etc.
45 minutes to Orlando or Melbourne airports. 60 minutes to Disney, Universal & Sea World. 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. 5 minutes to Port Canaveral cruise ships & restaurants/shops.
FREE local & long distance calls, expanded HD tv channels, High Speed Internet Wireless networking. 55 in TV in Living room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Total of 4 flat screen TVs.

This condo is so nice! The neighbors even wanted the info on booking ❤️ clean, well stocked, needed nothing but maybe better pillows. The pool was closed so hopefully next time we will have the benefit next time. Owner and manager great to work with!
