"I rented this property for my son’s 10th birthday, as he requested to go to a Reds game. There were 5 kids(7-12yrs) and 4 adults. We only stayed one night, but everyone wished we could have stayed longer. The property was VERY spacious and clean. The kids loved the shuffleboard and video/arcade games. We would have liked to utilize the rooftop patio(ran out of time). The 15-20 minute walk to Great American Ballpark was easy and straight away. "The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect location for visiting the Ark, the Creation Museum, and the Cincinnati Zoo. I didn't realize the laundry room is located in the basement and is shared with the first floor unit as well. Overall the property was clean.
