"The property has been beautifully and sympathetically restored by the owners. It is very clean and the rooms are large and airy and the bed, most importantly, was supremely comfortable. We had travelled there on motorbikes and the owner kindly allowed us to park in front of the chateau, which made for some great photos. The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you.
