Located minutes from downtown Clayton, GA, Sky Valley & Kingwood Golf & Country Clubs, the Tallulah Gorge & Falls, Bavarian Mountain Town of Helen, Highlands NC, Hiking trails, waterfalls, boating, fishing, zip-lining, horseback riding, vineyards, seed to table restaurants, antiquing, mountain coasters, snow tubing, ice skating, and much more!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
Please clean out the wood-burning stove, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used.
Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to your checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
