Nice views
The views from the terrace were lovely and Civezza is a nice place to spend a few days. The house itself felt a little uncared for but served as a good enough base from which to explore the area.

Allgemeines
Positiv ist auf jeden Fall die Lage und der Blick auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter auf das Meer. Uns als Gernkocher ist die Küche und ihre Ausstattung ein Negativpunkt. Es gab leider keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keine Thermokanne für den Kaffee welcher in den oberen Stock gebracht werden musst, also haben wir beides gekauft und stellen es nachfolgenden Mieter gerne zur Verfügung. :) Man sollte auch mal das Regal mit den Gewürzen kontrollieren und abgelaufene Sachen entsorgen. Auch das Bad ist etwas ausbaufähig, nachdem duschen steht Wasser vor der Dusche. Aber der Ausblick hat einiges wieder entschädigt. PS. Die Türglocke geht wieder, wir hatten Spaß damit.

Ostern 2023 in Civezza
Wir hatten wundervolle 12 Tage in dem schönen Häuschen! Die Dachterasse ist mit der wunderschönen Aussicht super und auch sonst ist das Haus sehr gemütlich! Küche und Bad sind klein, aber völlig in Ordnung und alles hat funktioniert. Der einzige Haken war etwas die Kommunikation vor Ort, wir haben für unsere großen Kinder, die eine Woche später gekommen sind, keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche mehr bekommen! Wir hätten es problemlos mitbringen können, wenn wir vorher gewusst hätten, dass dies ein Problem ist! Wir sind vom Örtchen, der Gegend und dem Häuschen aber sehr begeistert und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Ein sehr besonderes, uriges Objekt
Insgesamt hat es uns super gefallen. Toller Meerblick, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten ein wenig auf Stand gebracht werden. Einziges Manko: das kleine Bad. Aber darüber haben wir gerne hinweg gesehen. Wir kommen wieder! Die Freundlichkeit der Dorfbewohner ist wundervoll!

Charmantes Hide-away
Idyllischer kann man sich seinen Ligurien-Aufenthalt kaum vorstellen. Charmantes Rustico inmitten des malerischen und verträumten Örtchens Chivezza gelegen. Ja das Häuschen hat viele Treppen und wie in diesen Dörfern üblich sind alle Zimmer auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen verteilt - aber genau das macht ja den Charme aus. Okay hier und da klemmt und klappert es etwas, doch das ist bei so einem Objekt auch normal. Übergabe und Rückgabe unkompliziert und reibungslos - Austattung/Einrichtung im hyggeligen Skandinavien-Style (Ikea lässt grüssen) - Terrasse ganz grosses Kino im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ciao Liguria!

Charmantes Haus mit Meerblick
Ein sehr schönes, altes Haus mitten in einem traumhaften Dorf. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Meerblick. Man ist tatsächlich in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer. Im Dorf gibt es - quasi direkt vor der Tür - eine Pizzeria, eine Bar/Restaurant und einen kleinen Laden. Es sind schon auch recht viele Touristen im Dorf (ist ja auch schön da!). Aber absolut nicht unangenehm. Eine tolle europäische Mischung. Franzosen, Deutsche, Holländer, Tschechen… Klar, das Haus ist alt, verwinkelt und unpraktisch und manche Sachen darin haben schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Aber alles ist pickobello sauber und vor allem sehr geschmackvoll und schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unter anderem auch weil die Menschen im Ort sehr freundlich waren.

Tolle Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt im Dorf Civezza, 2 Restaurants und Geschäften sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, und die kleine Terrasse ein Traum. Nachteil der Wohnung ist die Aufteilung auf 3 Stockwerke, dadurch ist die Küche im 1.Stock vom Wohn-/Essbereich und Terrasse im 2.Stock getrennt. Da wir in der Wohnung nicht gekocht haben, hat es uns nicht so sehr gestört. Leider ist das Bad nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand, die Dusche ist sehr klein, und läuft über. Insgesamt waren unter Berücksichtigung des Preis / Leistungsverhältnis aber zufrieden.

Familiäres Haus in schöner Lage
Das Haus strahlt etwas Familiäres aus und wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist die Sensation. Das Dorf ist ebenfalls sehr schön und mit zwei guten Restaurants und zwei kleinen Lebensmittelläden versorgt. San Lorenzo bietet einen Sandstrand und Porto Maurizio eine wunderschöne Altstadt. Und dann gibt es noch die Wandermöglichkeiten samt Flussbadestellen. Auch der Check-In hat sehr gut funktioniert (der Hausverwalter musste nur etwas auf uns warten - hat er mit aller Freundlichkeit getan). Na ja: Das Bad könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen - funktioniert aber einwandfrei.
