We liked the fact that it's a gated community, and there was an access card on the keyring for the pool, gym etc, but we didn't use those facilities as we were out on the road all the time or had friends over for dinner. The TVs are modern smart TVs and the Internet/Wi-Fi is fast. I don't mind paying good money for good accomodations, but here are the things we were...

"apartment had flea's took pictures and videos of the fleas and bites. Previous tenant had their dirty dog their and left their bed and bowls which the owner didnt clean up afterward. Contacted the owner who stated funds already used to pay for prioperty....SMH and then the TV in the bedroom didn't work, Owner comes and sees and advises cannot get warranty replacement before checkout...... Walmart was around the corner.... SLUM LORD VIBES, BAIT AND SWITCH"

"Condo was clean and comfy. This complex is full of all different style of condos and this one happens to look the most dated. The condo we stayed in was clean inside and well stocked. The only issue was parking. The spots fill up quickly and we had to park a couple buildings away. At least one assigned parking spot per condo would’ve been convenient. Otherwise good stay."

"Apartment is located in Ventura approx. 10 min drive from MCO. Communication with property manager was really good. We stayed for 8 nights, enjoyed the pool that is right across the parking lot. Our downstairs neighbours were elderly lady's that greeted us every morning. Apartment is clean and we would come again."

"The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was the refrigerator. It beeped all night and leaked water through out the stay.. The body soap dispenser was empty. I recommend that a fan be put in the spare room that doesn’t have vents or a window. My daughters were hot in there. But I enjoyed it overall. The property is beautifully decorated and clean."

"Do not waste your time with this fake listing. I’m still waiting on VRBO to refund me for this terrible situation. The owner never sent instructions on accessing the property, nor did they respond to customer service requests to obtain the info. Yes hurricane Nicole was blowing through Orlando, but the owner never responded nor sent any information when I requested it 4 days prior to the booking date. I should have known something was fishy when they never responded to my specific questions...

Completely different address and location received, old property instead of a renovated property as listed. When contacting the manager at that night, with regards the issues, no response until the next day and offering $100 discount and wanted to contact us, while we have a. International number not working in the USA. When checking out he inform that we have damaged an item etc., trying...

"The unit at La Cita was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. The advertised description matched the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything my group needed. We had a chance to play a round of golf in addition to seeing two launches from NASA from our vantage point. The unit was a welcome place to return to each evening after a long day of touring, and the host was very responsive."
