"Big enough for our family of 14, right on the beach, house was gated and we parked cars inside, Carolina was very helpful with all the small issues we had during our stay. Everyone enjoyed collecting conchas. Kitchen had necessary dishes to cook meals. Towels were provided but bring your own towels."

"We had a group of 3 Adult Couples. There was plenty of room, a great patio with a jacuzzi and a rooftop area. The entire property was just as beautiful as the house. All correspondence with the owner throughout the process was usually within minutes and the entire house including the check in/out process was explained. We would all love to stay again!"

"Stayed in this villa for a Mother's Day weekend with my mother, sister, and a friend. Lots of room and has a well stocked kitchen. This villa is one of the closest to the beach and has a very comfy and private patio, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. Mel responded very quickly to the few questions we had. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"We had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The newly remodeled kitchen in the villa is fabulous!! The setting is stunning and right off the beach. Perfect place for watching sunsets. We enjoyed lounging in the back yard and playing Corn Hole. The huge hot tub was a favorite. There was also a lot of green space next to the villa for soccer and family games. We utilized the pool with the swim up bar, the family pool and the fitness center. We are definitely coming back...

"This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home!"

"The beach house was great! The beach is quiet(people wise) and quick to access from the house. The downtown is just minutes away. We all had a great time when visiting Rocky point and the house was the center of the fun!"

"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
