"Staff at all levels outstandingly good in helpfulness, cheerfulness and general smiley nature. The only thing that let it down for us was our total inability to connect with the internet in the hotel’s WiFi. Two iPhones and two iPads could not connect throughout our three-days. In the end we had to use our mobile signals. Shame because everything else worked well for us."

"We stayed in a room with a “kitchenette”. The cooking facility consisted of 2 low powered electric rings only and thus not capable of sustaining self catering guests in my opinion. However the evening buffet was well stocked and very reasonably priced. The accommodation I guess was built in the 1970s and is showing it’s age and thus requires renovation. "Solo female traveller who stayed here in April '23. The place was perfect and better than I'd imagined. Big room with great balcony. Multiple places to roam and hang out - I personally went from pool to pool bar to beach to gym to buffet. ;) The staff were amazing - whether they were cleaners, servers, cooks, front desk, spa, lifeguards. "The hotel is great. It was November, off season and it was just amazing! Pretty quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The restaurants were ok but I think the food could at Entre Vientos restaurant could have been better for the price. It was nice though. Breakfasts are amazing! So are the views from the rooms if you see the ocean. The coast line great! We will come back!"
