"It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff, the sous chef, the wait staff, the turndown service staff, the staff that takes you to the hen farm, the views from their 2nd restaurant, beautifully decorated Kinnik - all possible because of their outstanding staff. The complimentary meditation kit, the french press, the kayak- all adds to the pleasantness of the stay. The beautifully decorated room A must visit if you are in Lake Atitlan. I will go back again!.
