The bath filters needed cleaning as left some residue in the bath when turned on and the blind on the door was broken, but it was shut so that wasn’t terrible and neither detracted from our stay. "Convenient for our trip away from Bristol Airport. The room is spacious but somewhat dated albeit comfortable. Only real point of improvement would be to fit blackout curtains as with light being on outside the room, it never really got dark."

"It was a lovely stay. We stayed for three nights and it was a lovely room. Didn’t hear the pub downstairs at all. Down the road is a dominos and a lovely Indian next door i reccomend it was great! We have breakfast served in the morning but something went wrong w the kitchen but it was still a lovely breakfast. "

"A friend and I went to Frome for a wedding, and staying at the Archangel was perfect. It was close to the wedding, shopping and Frome itself was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, the venue had a wonderful series of quiet rooms, eating areas and our room was wonderful. The steel and brass fittings and stone work were beautiful. My one piece of feedback would be for our room; it had narrow steps up to the room which I think would not work for anyone who had disabilities. If the room does...

"This property, a freehouse since the 18th century, is exactly what I expected. Close to all Bath city sights, rooms are efficient and have everything you need. The property has had recent painting to lighten and brighten the spaces and they are inviting in a relaxed manner you would expect of a freehouse, that is the charm of the place. There is a bit of street noise but nothing not expected from city living. I throughly enjoyed my stay."

"It was such a fun experience staying in this historic Inn! The decor maintained the historical feel, and it was a fun place to stay while visiting Glastonbury. We were able to walk everywhere (including to the top of the Tor - which seemed dauting but was not that bad!) For vegetarians - we had a great plant based burger for dinner at the restaurant, and the English Breakfast included in the morning was a very hearty way to start the day. "We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. "The place was spotless and had little touches to help make the stay comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the apartments, but customer service was quick to deal with it and we really appreciated that. Overall a nice stay with great location, car parking is quite limited though."
