"We went for a short break, to meet up with other family members. The cottage was very clean, beautiful kitchen, bathroom, the owner had thought of everything, and gave us a lovely hamper. Nice friendly pub, 2 mins away. Bus stop, 2 mins away. Location good too!"

"Very clean, excellent area, great hosts, lovely little hamper of welcome goodies. All facilities you would need for a short break. Only thing lacking was outdoor space but we were made aware of this and as it was a short break not a problem. Would definitely stay there again."

"This was a really lovely place for an autumn getaway, brilliantly located, warm, well-equipped and beautifully presented. We enjoyed walking from the front door and exploring the beautiful countryside as well as having other fantastic locations a short drive away. "We had an amazing time here. The barn is furnished to an excellent standard and there was no scrimping on the mod cons. We had everything we needed. The views were glorious and the little touches went a long way. Would absolutely recommend this property to all- excellent value for money. Stayed with my elderly father who is on palliative care and the one level, warm property made it easy to look after him. It’s in a central location for beaches and so many areas of beauty. "I really enjoyed my stay. This property is bigger than it appears online. Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of lovely welcome goodies. Well equipped kitchen. Be prepared to meet a friendly but huge barking dog. I was fine but it might be of concern to some."

"The area was very peaceful. Lanes to and from seaview.next door to working farm the owners. Not intrusive. Welcome cake on arrival. Overall agood location for west bay .Lyme Regis. Sidmouth etc .we had avery enjoyable holiday and will return even our dog ðŸ• loved it ."

"This is an amazing property………Classic somerset cottage equipped with all modern conveniences. Super quiet (well a few tractors collecting the harvest!). We all slept very well. It takes 30 mins to walk into Ilminster along a country trail past Dillington Hall for those that like a good walk. About 8 mins by car. We made day trips to the Haynes motor museum (amazing if you are a car buff…..some days they bring cars out of the museum and you can ‘poke around’ at them) and to Lyme Regis, which has...

"The barn at Stalbridge completely fulfilled our needs. Very good communication from the owner, easy key access, good parking information, fully self contained. Warm large bedroom which suited us in spring, comfortable bathroom , small shower cubical but we were fine with that. "

"Our family of 2 adults and 2 teens stayed in the family room overlooking the street. The kids loved the 2 bunk beds in the smaller room and the main room was very comfortable. The hotel has a old- world feel that really made it feel unique (to us Americans at least) and seemed so perfectly appropriate in this classic costal town. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic in terms of the service, variety, and quality. Proximity to the local sights was unbeatable and the parking lot in the rear was extremely welcome since we drove in. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!"
