Charming holiday apartment with a sea view from the balcony. Located in a residence on the seafront, quiet and secure offering many services.
It is on the ground floor and consists of an entrance with cupboards, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with WC, a sunny terrace, direct beach access . A room with bed for 2 people. Delivery and return of keys to La Rochelle.
The advantages of this rental by the sea: Terrace with a glimpse of the sea, Nespresso machine, July/August swimming pool, tennis court, secure residence, close to shops and on the seafront, direct beach access. Cleaning included. Delivery and return of keys exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district).

Agréable séjour
Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage ,du centre ville , et des animations . La piscine de la résidence est appréciable. Seul problème, le stationnement à cette période une vrai galère de tous les jours ,si vous êtes amenés à utiliser votre véhicule. Stationnement payant la plupart du temps ... ce que je ne trouve pas normal . Il serait important de trouver une solution surtout qu'il y a des emplacements dans la résidence.
