Large 70m2 apartment with garden and terrace, large living room of 30m2 with sofa bed and bz for sleeping, 2 bedrooms, kitchen equipped with hotplates, fridge, microwave and all the necessary crockery for 6 persons, bathroom, wc , washing machine.

5 min walk to all amenities: bus line city, tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket open 7/7, bank, tourist office, park with children's playground, cafe / traditional restaurant.

We are located 2km from Futuroscope, 3 min by car, Auchan shopping center, as well as many fast or traditional restaurants.

L'appartement est bien mais n'est pas suffisamment chauffé pour l'hiver. La douche est très haute et il manque un porte savon. Sinon tout l'électroménager est au top, on est à 2 km du futuroscope et à 200 mètres de la gare de chasseneuil avec des trains reguliers pour la gare du futuroscope à 2 minutes. 1,30 € le billet et des réductions en fonction du nombre de passagers.

Super pour le Futuroscope. Vous profitez des bons conseils du propriétaire, arrivées tardives acceptées. Il faisait très froid dehors et le logement était déjà chauffé à notre arrivée ce qui a été vraiment apprécié !

Maison ancienne avec petit jardin agréable. Cette location est idéale si vous n êtes pas exigent et que vous allez au futuroscope pas plus de deux jour. Le - la simplicité des lieux ainsi que l entretien uniquement réalisé par le locataire. Le + la proximité avec le parc et la communication avec le propriétaire.

Logement très bien, super emplacement, vraiment pas loin de tout, 3min du futuroscop, grande surface (en voiture), 10min (à pied) du centre du village. La gare est juste a côté, pas de nuisances. Le logement est grand, nous étions 7 (4 adultes et 3 enfants) , il y a de la place pour tout le monde, un grand jardin, les lits sont correctes (alaise pour chaque lit). Petit point négatif sur la douche en elle même (un peu petite), difficile de se retourner une fois à l'intérieur. Surtout pour une femme enceinte, un peu court en vaisselle petit déjeuner et il manquerai un petit étendage. La communication avec le gérant et parfaite. Je recommande ce logement avec plaisir.

Au calme et tout à côte du futuroscope 2km ce gite est adapté pour 4 à 6 personnes, il est accueillant et propre. Le propriétaire est cordial et disponible et très discret. Nous y sommes venue en famille, nous avons passée une agréable soirée. Je recommande ce gite pour une ou deux nuits pour le séjour futuroscope ou visite de la région.
