The kitchen has a separate entrance, along with a breakfast bar and nook. The primary bedroom (king) has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the back yard, a walk-in closet, and a double vanity primary bath. The other two bedrooms (queen) both have en-suite full bathrooms. The terrace level is where you'll find the 4th bedroom (two twins), second living room, a game/rec room with a full bathroom, and the exit to the backyard patio.

Pets considered: please inquire. There is a $75 pet fee if accepted. We please ask that they be kept off the furniture and are crated if left at the home unattended.
