Really bad experience
Our room was listed as new, it definitely was not. The couch smelled like urine and the entire hotel of marijuana. We left immediately and were only granted a partial refund.

Awful experience with a VRBO reservation
Not brand new as advertised. The location is sketchy, with questionable individuals around. Someone repeatedly placed a rock or soda can on the outside door, bypassing the hotel's backdoor security, and nothing was done about it. People smoked and drank on the stairs. This is not a private rented apartment but an extended stay hotel. It is pet-friendly, but the grassy areas reek due to dog feces. The shower curtains had mold, the showers and floors were dirty, the refrigerator was broken, and the microwave handle was damaged. Overall, it felt unsafe. During my stay, someone triggered the fire alarm, forcing all guests to evacuate their rooms at 11 PM.

First of all, didn't know it was a hotel, always got a house with vrbo. Waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk only to find out that the 2 bedroom, 2 bath room I paid in advance for was not available. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

To say this is a newer place it was not clean in the rooms. The pull out couch was nasty and had a lot of spots on it. Also the chairs at the table were dirty. The floors need to be mopped better. They need to make sure they deep clean these rooms.

Terrible experience, property took my money when I made the reservations but when I got there they were booked. Traveled from out of town and had to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute. The front desk employees were very rude and could care less about the inconvenience

Our family of three stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was quiet because we were far from the elevator. We had absolutely no problems checking in at midnight after being stuck in bad traffic. We will stay here whenever we come back to Charlotte.

I was into cause my niece goes to college in Charlotte. This location was very nice and everything was close by. It was very clean and quiet. The front desk employees were super nice and helpful! This will be my go to spot when I’m visiting my niece again.

Perfect location
My family of 4 stayed here while visiting Carowinds & the Whitewater Center. Both were less than 15 minutes away. Lots of food options close by also. There is plenty of room for the 4 of us with 2 bdrms and a nice sized living area with full kitchen. The washer and dryer was a nice addition. Would stay here again.

Very roomy with plenty of TVs and washer/dryer. There wasn't a bake sheet for the oven. I got 1 small tin from the office. There was a small dish that might be oven safe. But you need more than that if staying with your family for a week. It was a cold weekend and I didn't see a temperature control.
