This unit is on the top (3rd) floor at the water's edge of Lake Charlevoix with elevator access. The main floor Master Bedroom with King size bed, 32" HD flat screen TV with DVD, adjoins a full bath with shower. The second floor Loft has a King size bed and is adjacent to a full bath with tub and shower. There is a newly renovated full Kitchen with bar and stools, Dining Area, and Living Room with 42" HD flat screen and DVD player. The Living Room has a queen size sofa bed and a sliding door that opens to a screened-in covered balcony offering the spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix and Northwest Marina and Yacht Club. The unit also has air conditioning. Complex includes a pool and onsite laundry facility.
NOTE: This unit is non-smoking as well as the entire condo premises.
