** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C - each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

Guest Access:
• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A and the front porch. The entrance to the house is on Spring St.

• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.

• Onsite parking fits 1 standard vehicle or 2 small cars. If your oversized vehicle doesn’t fit, we offer free street parking passes.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

The location was excellent being in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We could walk to a nearby small grocery store, restaurants and shopping on King and Meeting street. The house was immaculate and very clean. Perfect facility for our 5 people needing 3 bedrooms with each having a bath.

Tom and Hannah’s condo is exactly as it looks and described. Very, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. They respond to your inquiries very quickly. We needed ice and the property manager was at our door in 20 minutes. The location is convenient to everything and if you don't want to walk, ubering was very easy. I would highly recommend this property. It was very nice!

Everything was just as gorgeous as the pictures! The rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfortable, and everything was incredibly clean. The owners have thought of and provided everything you could need. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch at night! The area is safe, quiet, and close to everything.
