"This was easily the best place I stood out of my week-long trip on the east coast. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and had very responsive AC, the wifi was great, and the room came with a nice fridge and seating. I would gladly stay here again when in the Durham area."

"We stayed in one of their suites. Very comfortable and nice layout. Beautiful grounds to take an evening walk in. Free breakfast buffet. Free treats. Did I say free treats? Yep. The historic DeBose home is well worth the time to take a look around in. If your company/group is looking for a restful place to hold a meeting, the have two other halls with plenty of space in addition to the DeBose home. Not far down the road at the elementary school is a trail head for nature hike down to a creek. If you have the time, explore the Duke Gardens. Free admission, pay to park. Don't forget the many restaurants in Chapel Hill and the Bluebird French restaurant in the Meadowmont Shopping Center. Only negative was hearing the neighbors plumbing."

"The Longleaf was delightful. Easy walking to a BUNCH of great restaurants. The lobby has a quaint little bar with great cocktails. The fact that the bar is independently owned was a super bonus!! It will be our default hotel for Raleigh!"

"Was a very nice place to stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and took care of any thing we requested. Had a very minor issue the first night we arrived that was caused by us arriving a day early. They had space but charged us for the full stay that night and we had already paid for the previous reservation in advance. Fixed it immediately when the manager arrived the next morning and all was resolved. Will certainly consider staying again if ever back in the Chapel Hill area"
