"Excellent property, quiet ,relaxing and everything we needed"

"This was a well maintained cottage with a lovely little courtyard. Location could not be any better for steep hill side of Lincoln so ynless you want to go to rhe modern side you dont have climb hill. Parking was so easy right outside door. Will definitely be returning to this cottage. Only downside was we couldnt get heating working properly for some reason it cane on at 2am so turned bedroom radiator off"

"Fabulous location lovely spacious modern lodge hot tub through back overlooking corn fields and river. Staff very polite & friendly pub opened at 5pm everyday and they let us have music on tvs defo 5 stars from us and we will defo be returning for a longer stay."

"The cottage was just perfect for our requirements. Good layout, all facilities we required, convenient garden when weather was appropriate, and very central for our requirement of visiting lots of NT properties, we were also able to do one trip to the coast and one visit to a non NT property - Belvoir Castle which was well worth the expense. Good bus service to Lincoln too. Martin & Brenda"

"We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again"
