"Accommodation was excellent with great location. Not sure if there was an apartment above us, but could hear movement through the ceiling. Close to main square and everything was within walking distance. "

"Property is in the old town part of Chania, so lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The old town is also pedestrianised so you can wander with no fear of traffic. The apartment is modern with a usable kitchen and a comfortable King sized bed. The housekeeping is excellent with regular changes of sheets and towels. The only downsides are; the long flight of stairs up to the apartment, no lift, so lugging suitcases up and down is a bit of a pain and it is in a street full of restaurants and bars so general chatter and laughter noise until quite late. The windows are double glazed and have have external shutters. If you don't mind sleeping with the aircon on closing the windows and shutters was effective at keeping down the noise. All in all, a good location and good value for the price."

"This hotel is difficult to find. It is in the old town part of Chana up some steps and down a tiny street. I suggest you ask for the name of their restaurant and put it on your GPS.The food they served in their restaurant was fabulous. They give you a free breakfast and we had dinner there as well and we were very impressed. The room was unique. The bed was comfortable and they had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The external walls were all stone and were an old monastery. Chana is very busy in September but we enjoyed shopping and especially going to some great museums. I highly recommend their new modern archeological museum. And definitely go to the top terrace there where you can see a beautiful sunset!"

"Staff was amazingly helpful. For my birthday the staff helped arrange a cake to celebrate my birthday which was one of the best desserts I remember having(something like a dulce de leche mousse cake). The owner Litsa was very kind and made sure we had a table at the restaurant and greeted us every time we came back to the hotel. "
