"We rented this apartment for a girls weekend in London and it was wonderful! This apartment is very clean and spacious. It is right next to Paddington station and within walking distance of many places that tourists may want to visit. The landlord responded quickly to our questions and addressed the minor issues we had with the place (getting the AC to work). When we first arrived the apartment completely smelled of cigarette smoke, we tried to clean and open windows, but that did not get rid of the smell. "We had an awful experience with our stay. The description of this apartment is far from reality. We had to go up 4 flights with 8 luggages. The apartment was full of spiders, the bathrooms leaking water and extremely small, the bed for my daughter was hard and extremely uncomfortable she could not sleep, there were many lights not working, there was no plugs in the bathroom to do our hair. We left one full day earlier because of this inconvenience."

"We stay at the Citadine frequently when travelling with our family as our parents like the ease of using the facility as it has a mini kitchen in the room. We prefer hotel services with more a service and amenities so the comparison is not a good one. However, if you are looking for convenient and a place to grab food and bring it back to your room to cook, this is a great spot and they have coffee and tea available all day for free. "
