There was a woman who entered the property daily unannounced which was alarming at first then comedic at the end. Zero water pressure in upper two floors, had hot water at times. Some things may have been lost...

"Got to venue in dirty alleyway. Messaged owner through WhatsApp number provided by Stayz and the owner replied to say they don't sell any rentals through Stayz and the property I told them about was taken off the market more than two years previously. Was NYE so had to book another hotel at a premium. Not impressed with Stayz at all, who I had to fight for a refund."

"I booked this place for our last couple nights in Hanoi and was charged in full. The host never replied to any of my messages, did not provide check in details so I was left scrambling on my last day of holidays trying to secure new accommodations for my family and friends before we flew in to Hanoi last in the evening. I also spent money on having to call VRBO multiple times. This host should be removed from the platform."

"The home stay was very nice and comfortable! The check in seemed confusing but the instructions made it super easy. The little kitchen area was nice to have, and the laundry worked very well. The place is a studio apartment style with all one room and then a bathroom. My only complaint was that it was not actually near the famous area of the train street where there are cafes on the tracks. I did discuss this with the owner after we arrived and he explained where that area was. Overall...

"The apartment is great as it is well appointed and has plenty of room seems to be not long set up. Check in is a security person at the basement who stays on site. One we got a jug to boil water we were basically setup. We enjoyed our stay there."

Contrairement à ce que laissait penser l’annonce, elle ne donnait pas sur la rue, et était du coup un peu moins jolie que sur l’annonce. Par contre elle avait l’avantage d’être très calme ! Notre logeuse, bien que ne parlant pas l’anglais, était très agreable, souriante et gentille. "
