Quiet house with lovely quiet garden. The street is a dead end so no traffic.
The owner lives opposite and can offer you dinner aperitifs on their own terrace with an exceptional view of the valley (by reservation). A Champagne card will be at your disposal to spend pleasant moments with family or lovers.
Breakfast is also offered as an option.
The Village has a tennis court (rackets available), a ping-pong table (rackets available), a skate park and walks in the forest (just a stone's throw from the house) or hikes in the vineyards. The nearest town Epernay (4kms) with its famous avenue de Champagne, its visits to cellars and its captive balloon also offers many services (electric bike rentals, many restaurants, etc.)
The Village opposite Hautvillers, cradle of Dom Pérignon can be visited on foot then 20 km away the city of Reims, city of coronations, is culturally and architecturally very interesting.
A very beautiful region with still many things to discover according to your desires.
