Mais hélas au 1er étage plein ouest, quand il fait très chaud ça devient vraiment inconfortable. J’y retournerai sans doute, mais pas en été. "

"Un logement conforme à l'annonce et compétitif en terme de qualité /prix. Une ambiance hautement familiale. Un hôte exceptionnel : présent et disponible sans être intrusif, gentil et très généreux. Marc, notre hôte, nous a fait découvrir une spécialité regionale:l'eclade de moules Délicieux! Toute la famille (et surtout notre fille) a adoré. Il m'a accompagné faire les emplettes de fin de vacances (...), et, au moment de partir, nous avons encore été gâtés par ses attentions! Très sincère MERCI...

Pas de store ou autre voilage pour vous assurer un tant soit peu d'intimidé. Aucun commerce accessible à pied, zone très (trop) tranquille, seul atout le parking en sous-sol pour petite voiture. Location chère payée pour les prestations intérieurs et environnantes."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec le beau temps dans la jolie maison de Mélanie. Nous la remercions pour son accueil. L'espace est grand et lumineux. Tout est très propre et nous avons beaucoup de meubles de rangement.L'endroit est très calme et la voiture se gare devant la maison. La plage est près et le centre ville à vingt minutes à pied. Nous recommandons cette maison."

"The studio of Alaine and Isobelle was ideal for my wife and myself they were very friendly and helpful. The village was situated well with a Coop, boulanger and a bar tabac who's owners were very pleasant and helpful and it was close to Royan and the place's we wanted to visit."

"Le logement est très bien situé car il faut 5mn maxi pour aller a la plage a pied.Le quartier est calme, le stationnement accessible selon les heures en journée car le secteur est tres fréquenté. Probleme a l arrivée avec remise des clés avec 2h de retard !!!Personne a notre arrivee, juste une boite a clé, une présence est a privilégier a l avenir.Quelques équipements en cuisine à compléter car ça manque un peu, l appartement est vieillissant, des mobiliers a remplacer dans un avenir...

"Wonderful hosts that were unobtrusive but on hand when needed for help and advice. The pool is beautiful to relax in and by, located in a tranquil a garden setting. I would highly recommend the property as either a one or two night stopover when going further into France or as a base for a longer stay to explore the larger cognac region."
