"The staff at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. We asked for a lower level room, later in the evening when we checked in and she made arrangements. We appreciated her kindness. They do use a room freshener that was quite apparent. While it made the room seem fresh, it was really overpowering for me."

We enjoyed staying in Holbrook, AZ location because its outside of town, quiet throughout the night, blackout curtains were great too."
