In Brittany, fully equipped studio of 26m2. Location: Cesson-Sévigné, 5 minutes from Rennes. Access bypass (N136) immediate, 50 min Saint-Malo, 50 min Mont-Saint-Michel. In a quiet and residential area, in an architect's property completed in 2018, with a completely independent access. Small private garden and private parking space. New and high-end equipment. The kitchen area: fridge, freezer, hood, oven and microwave combined, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all the necessary crockery. The living area: table and chairs, 2 sofa beds (queen size), storage space, desk and TV with Netflix. Screen lights for a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom space: large shower, suspended toilet, basin with mirror. Washing machine. Internet access via WiFi (served by La Fibre d'Orange).
