Casa Rossa is a nice property consiting of 3 completely reovated units turned into 6 holiday apartments and a cottage. The holiday facility has maintained its original architectural structure and is located on the Chianti hills in panoramic position.
Every apartment has its independent entrance to guarantee privacy and peace to guests who stay there. A swimming pool is at guests' disposal as well as a wide garden to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside of the Chianti Area.

At guests' disposal: equipped garden, swimming-pool (14 x 7 m - maximum depth 1,80 m) set in panoramic location, shared barbecue. WI-FI internet is available. A provincial road passes only a few metres from the villa for rent away. Parking within the grounds.

Distances: Certaldo with all kinds of shops and funicolar leading to the medieval walled town centre 4 km, the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano 11 km, Volterra 35 km, Firenze 35 km, Siena 40 km. A lake with sport-fishing facilities and a riding-stable are approx. 5 km from the property away.

La casa preciosa,limpia y no le faltaba de nada,los alrededores muy cuidados aparte de preciosos y el anfitrión un 10 nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.Sin duda volvería [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house was beautiful, clean and lacked nothing, the surroundings very well kept and beautiful and the host a 10 helped us in everything we needed, I would definitely come back.

Séjour très agréable à Casarossa 4. Nous avons très apprécié la taille de la location, l'emplacement et la très belle piscine. L'équipement de la cuisine et les trois salles d'eau étaient parfaits. Nous aurions apprécié une literie plus récente dans la chambre parentale. Et aussi moins de moustiques... L'accueil de Barbara et Valentina souriants et compétents, les conseils pour les déplacements et les restaurants judicieux nous ont permis d'avoir un séjour riche. Et la chance a été d'arriver en plein pendant le festival d'arts de rue Mercantia qui se déroule dans Certaldo Alto. De superbes vacances. Merci

Very nice complex, the flats were all occupied but it was not an inconvenience, the pool was enough big to share it. It’s on a very nice location; the views are amazing, on summer when the vines and the olives are green. We have a heat wave, and the pool was necessary to refresh up. The locations it’s about 15 minutes of Certaldo, where you can find and buy what you need. The supermarket COOP in the suburbs of the city it’s perfect, you can find products from the zone and the prices are reasonable. In Certaldo also you have a train station, a very good way to visit big cities as Firenze or Siena. A little bit more tourist information available in the apartment would be very helpful, as the train timetable, maps, recommended visits (restaurants, wine taste, small village …) In our opinion, the worst of the complex is that the buildings are so closed with the road in the back side, so you hear all the time the cars that runs so fast, and by night you also see the cars lights, the road is so transited by night and early time. Mosquitoes also like a lot the complex, so you have to come ready to fight them (creams and special liquids will be very useful)

Really good value. We were expecting a much smaller and less spacious villa Stunning amid the beatiful Tuscan Holls. Very pleasant and just the right distance from Certaldo.They were extremely helpful and the one problem of our own making was dealt with within 15 minutes
