"Booked a twin bed room. Beds were comfortable and room good size. Continental breakfast was excellent. The food looked and tasted fresh every morning and they coffee machine excellent. Complimentary fruit, coffee and ice cream available at reception. Tram and buses just outside the hotel and train station is a 10 minute walk away. "We called the hotel to let the m know we would be checking in near midnight. Communication was excellent and although reception was closed by 11 pm, we had a smooth check-in with the night porter. We were also directed to a nearby restaurant/bar which was open until 2 pm. Coffee in the morning was fabulous. Rooms are very comfortable and ours was spacious. It was a quick one night stay in Thun, and we would stay here again."

"This hotel was amazing and exceeded all expectations! Amazing location, right next to train station and bus stops. Right on the lake with fabulous views of the town and mountain. Breakfast was an add on, a little expensive, but so worth it. A buffet with a ton of options to choose from and the view during breakfast makes up for it! Employees were all so kind and helpful. The coffee machine available to everyone at all times was a hit! Free bikes to ride around the lake! Very hip, chill, fun, vibey hotel! "
