"I left this hotel two days early because of unprofessional staff and a toxic environment. Within the first minutes of a massage session, employee Gökhan acted disrespectfully. I reported it calmly, but nothing was done. He still sits at the spa reception, continuing the same behavior. The local managers have no authority.
