"We arrives a few minutes before our 3pm ck in, the door does not unlock until exactly ck in time. The place was cozy and warm, all the rooms were clean. The only downfall would be if you want privacy it’s not going to happen. The 2nd and 3rd floor are loft style. Rental is better for the winter "

"My family stayed for my children’s birthday weekend. They are 4 and 5 and enjoyed the house and the yard. Nice locations, on a side street and close to a school( we used the playground on the weekend. "

"We were visiting NH for only a day and was lucky enough to stumble upon this place! The host was very communicative, and everything was top notch! Very close to many mountains. Food locally was AMAZING. The hot tub and game room were great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"We had such an amazing time! Our grandchildren had the best time sledding. My husband and son shoveled out the 3 feet of snow from the house to the fire pit, then shoveled out the fire pit area and made an igloo that surrounded it! We had the best time making s’mores and roasting hotdogs over the open fire.The highlight for me was an evening fire in the most amazing fireplace I’ve ever seen.Loved it!"
