Dog Friendly - Yes. Up to 2 dogs, £20 each.

Suitability - Situated over 2 floors. There is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom.

Bedrooms - Ground floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed. First floor: Bedroom 2 with king size bed. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Bedroom 4 with a day bed with pull out trundle under.

Bathrooms - Ground floor: Ensuite bathroom with shower. WC off the utility room. First Floor: Family bathroom with bath and shower.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, large fridge and freezer (three drawers).

Utility Room - Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Hanging room for wetsuits.

Dining Room - Dining for 8.

Sitting Room - TV and DVD player and wood burner.

Outdoors - Patio garden area with seating for 8 and plenty of room for surfboards. BBQ - please bring your own charcoal.

Parking - Plenty of private parking.

Children - Travel cot and high chair available, please request upon booking.

Bikes - No storage but room to lock bikes outdoors and an outside hosepipe.
