The 3-room apartment on the top floor, approx. 50 m², was completely remodelled and renovated at the beginning of 2024. Entrance with cloakroom. Living room with south-facing balcony and open-plan kitchen with cooker, combi-microwave, dishwasher, Chicco d'Oro coffee machine and fridge. One bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with bunk bed. Bathroom, WC and washbasin. Internet and TV. Simple furnishings. Garage parking space (narrow driveway). Laundry room for shared use. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Chatrigna is an apartment house built in 1971 and located near the village centre, on a quiet and sunny site. Restaurants and shopping facilities are 50-100m, the post office and the railway station 500m away. The Saluver cableway is 700m away and easily reachable by bus.

Das ich den Schlüssel in Celerina am Schalter abholen konnte, war super! Sehr guter Service Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Ich habe meine italienisch sprechenden Nachbarn leider jeden Abdnd sehr gut gehört. Top organisiert auch mit dem Willkommensgeschenk. Danke! Super gelegen und sehr schön.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber, komplette Ausstattung und gute Lage (alles in Fußreichweite). Ein Hinweis auf die schmale Garageneinfahrt wäre allerdings hilfreich. Bei einem Renault Scenic waren links und rechts vom Spiegel nur 2-3 Zentimeter platz. Ein "großes" Auto kommt definitiv nicht hinein.

Parkplatz ist sehr eng. Info, dass es dir hintere Parkplatz ist und man die Schiene oder das andere Auto auf die rechte Seite schieben muss um rein zu fahren während gut im Voraus.

Über Booking.com Nettes Antwort Mail bekommen Die Verlängerung auf einen tag ging problemlos und unbürokratisch. Unser Auto passte nicht in die Garage und wir parkten es an der Seite des Treppenaufgangs. Da wenig Menschen im Haus waren, ging das sehr gut. Denke, wenn das Haus voll belegt ist, wird es evtl. ein Problem darstellen. Tolle Lage, nahe an der Loipe und am Ski Gebiet. Ski Gebiete sind der Hammer :-) unkomplizert Die Ausstattung ist gut, ein Thermometer auf dem Balkon wäre von Vorteilen Die Mitbenutzung der Waschmaschine vereinfacht vieles Die Raumtemperatur war sehr hoch und die Luft sehr trocken beim Bezug der Wohnung
