Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The apartment is in the centre of Cefalu, which is a pretty Sicilian coastal resort. It has a spacious terrace with views. However this one-room apartment is cramped, dark, and depressing. It should be mentioned in the info provided that apartment is on a very steep hill and only suitable for those without mobility problems as there is no transport. The bathroom is dank and needs a complete overhaul. The stairs to the bed on the mezzanine level are hazardous. As is the ladder to the 2nd terrace.
