How do you expect guests to know? If we lived here we wouldn't be at your hotel. Very unhelpful in this category. The wifi was fast...

"The hotel is under construction, which sums up the experience. Water was dripping in the hall way and in the toilet in my room. Had to ask for towels to be provided in room on day 1. No cleaning of room took place on at least one day. Staff were friendly and helpful, which was the saving grace."
