Between Castillonnès, Issigeac and Villeréal, we are less than 7 minutes drive from these beautiful villages.

Cottage completely renovated in 2009; Adjoining our home but without vis-à-vis, for 2 adults and 1 small child / baby (loan of an umbrella bed on request)

The accommodation consists of:

* living room with fully equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, refrigerator, multi-function oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster.

* 1 room of character with stone walls, with new bedding, in 160. ceiling windows offering beautiful light and overlooking the terrace. Wardrobe, wardrobe, dressing table with hair dryer; (possibility sheets supplied extra)

* Shower room with jet shower, glass basin, heated towel rail;

* Separate toilet washing machine

* Shady terrace with tables, chairs, barbecue ...

* Garden furniture for your meals.

On a wooded property of 2 hectares with small lake and stream.

The cottage is less than 7 minutes from all shops and services. We are quiet, yet close to amenities. You can stroll, or relax in the shade of the terrace or under the oaks.
Even in hot weather, you will enjoy the house, always fresh, thanks to its thick stone walls. Like the well shaded terrace, under which you will be in peace.
