"A totally off the beaten path mountaintop retreat in a quaint village. The surrounding area is quite stunning. Nothing but lush agriculture and nature on very steep hills with views. There is a rustic ristorante in town with pretty good if not gourmet food, inexpensive beer and wine and plenty of good cheer from the other guests of all ages. If you are up for something different, make the slow windy drive here and you should be delighted."

"Construction started 7am in the morning on a Sunday. When I approached the staff, first they denied it which is ridiculous in itself but eventually just didn't care. We left after the first night of a two night booking. "

"Better soundproofing or doors that may block out bit more noise from the common area as the noise echoed from that area"

Giancarlo and his wife are excellent management team of the hotel.. Lovely restaurant too.. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to seeing them again next year… Lina & Steve "

"We loved the pretty riverside walks from the hotel, and the sound of the river at night time. Our room was simple, but clean. A cot was provided for our baby. The staff were all friendly. We would stay here again."
