"Nice place to stay if you are travelling near Catania. It is located between Catania and Taormina (both ~30 mins drive), so it was convenient for us to explore both. Limited dining options in the area and we have been told the on-site dinner is only available on Sunday and Monday. For us, we drove to Taormina for dinner which was lovely. The room was clean and in good condition. The extra heater was very useful as the weather was a bit cold. Basic amenities such as room slippers, shampoo, body...

"The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast good and the staff very friendly. However the place is not as advertised. The pool was closed and looked like it had been closed for some time. No bar or restaurant (s). Just open for breakfast. There is another resort nearby that has these facilities so if they are important to you beware. "

Cons -The b'fast is pretty basic, i would have expected something a little bit better (although continental) -Wifi in room wasnt good. used 3G most of the time. "The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. The young lady at reception called the owner and the next day they gave us a better room with everything working. She even moved our bags she was very nice. We asked for two extra...
