"Hi when I booked this property via Expedia I knew I am booking 3 star hotel and my expectation should be match with what I am paying . Hotel in my idea was Motel not even 2 star . No water in room . No safe in wardrobe. Noisy corridor. Poor breakfast entry and areas, poor breakfast quality , mirror and decoratives in corridors was dirty reminded me like motel in 20s to 30s Something interesting hotel sign was 4 star which i believe should be change to Motel or B&B I asked kitchen staff about warm scramble eggs , they said you late it was 8:00 even one hour before breakfast time finishes "

Everything is very clean and well maintained. Impeccable housekeeping! The breakfast is plentiful and very good! The restaurant is also amazing! Great dishes! The location of the hotel is perfect! Easy access to the city or to the highway. The only thing that could be improved is the pool. There is no structure at all. There are no chairs, tables or umbrellas. The water is very cold, even on hot days. So, I couldn't use it with my daughter. But this does not disqualify the hotel at all. It's a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Prato!"
