"This is a wonderful property. This is the second time our group of ladies has stayed here. It is very clean and well stocked. We did have the first 2 days with strong winds and rain and were unable to sit and enjoy the patio or by a warm fire. With the inside of the house being so nice we didn't mind staying in and enjoying our time together. I highly recommend a stay at this Magnificent Beach House on sand point near Caseville "

"The house can accommodate a large group easily. We could not have asked for better weather. The biggest disappointment was the area of Lake Huron. If you are looking to run and dive into Lake Huron this is not the place. The bottom here is all rocks that you cannot walk on. Thank goodness we brought with us paddle boards which are grand children rowed around on.Goose poop was everywhere on the property.Maybe time of year for them! Outside could use a good power washing. "Booked this property for an annual summer vacation with family. We were a group of 6 adults, 4 kids and we had a great time. Loved how the yard was fenced in so the kids could play, the additional bunkhouse allowed for privacy and extra space, and it was very clean. Check in/out process was smooth, the owner checked in via text periodically, lots of games and extras for the beach provided. Would definitely recommend! "
