"I loved staying here! I had a room with a balcony and a great view overlooking the river. The only thing I didn’t like was the paper products were the cheapest part! An upgrade of the toilet paper and Kleenex would be nice. Lol"

"What a great area! Nice hotel . Easy access except for a little traffic as it seems to be a main road. Great restaurants. Hotel has a good bar and late check out (1200) . Pool is cool! Wish i would have brought the grand kids! "

"This is my go to value hotel when in Grand Rapids . GR can be a ruff city to visit anymore ( since the past 4 years) with the homelessness. michigan as a whole is falling apart in its big citys so finding a decent hotel that doesnt cost you a paycheck to stay the night is hard. This hotel is one of the best you’ll get. Area is ruff but you’ll be safe…. One thing i have noticed The last few times while staying at this hotel is some of the local folks rent a room for the night so their kids have a place to stay and it seems the parents takeoff for the night to go party leaving the kids to run around ,people dont raise there kids with Couth anymore so dont expect much from children. They are loud use the pool and are being babysat by the hotel but this is the America we live in now and its not gonna change for the better anytime soon. I stay here often so i know what to expect. The hotel is not at fault for the decline of Grand Rapids "
