"We had a mechanical issue with our car and had to make an unscheduled stop in Richmond on June 3rd. We had to go to the hotel around 10AM from the auto repair shop. Dave at the hotel front desk was fantastic! He allowed us to stay in the lobby until a room was available for early check-in and bent over backwards to make us as comfortable as possible in a bad situation (we loved the 24 hour hot water availability). The next day he allowed us to late checkout while we waited for our car to be repaired and stored our luggage for us while we went next door for lunch. We would rate Dave and Quality Inn a 10 if we could."
