Beautiful oceanfront condo with ocean views located in the heart of Carolina Beach

Surf'inn is the condo you've been looking for! It's the perfect spot on Pleasure Island to reconnect with family and friends and enjoy the island lifestyle. Relax poolside while listening to the sound of the waves. Or walk to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, dining, and more.

Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, living, and dining areas. An updated kitchen includes all you need to prepare large meals for your group. The large countertop bar provides seating for 4 and the dining table provides seating for 6 more. The living area has space for your group to gather after a fun-filled day in the sun. A large, oceanfront deck is off the living and dining area and offers the perfect spot to watch the sunrise.

Surf'inn has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, all on the same level. The King bedroom includes a private full bathroom, smart tv, and private access to the oceanfront deck. The Queen bedroom includes a private 1/2 bath and a smart tv. The third bedroom offers a Full bed and a Twin bed, plus smart TV. A full bathroom and laundry closet with a washer and dryer are right off the hallway.

**Elevator reliable but not guaranteed**

Activities are hosted on the boardwalk and at the lake all summer long including fireworks, free movies at the lake, concerts, and festivals making this the perfect spot for your next vacation.

One parking pass is guaranteed and included with your reservation. Open dates for communal pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Oceanfront pool (Seasonal)

Parking Instructions:
Parking pass required; 1 parking spot guaranteed, 2nd spot is not. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

**Per strict HOA rules, Golf carts are not permitted to be kept or left to charge on Carolina Surf Property.**

**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, cooler, and a beach cart are also available for guest use.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Great beach stay

Excellent property, great location. Had everything we needed including a pack and play and bathtub for an infant. Easy walk out to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Vacay!!

Perfect location, beautifully appointed condo with peaceful views of the ocean. I highly recommend. We also had a great time playing backgammon, scrabble and the giant connect 4 game area. 5 stars!!

Beautiful oceanfront condo

This condo is stunning and has beautiful views. Stayed here for a girls weekend and everything was great. We had a little trouble getting in as the keypad was not working but a quick call to the property mgmt company and we got in. Will stay here again!

This is THE PLACE

Family vacations are always a bit stressful, but this residence was so relaxing and amazing. Enough room to not feel on top of each other. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was comfortable and clean. They even had a pack and play which was a huge plus for us. It is a beautiful and inviting ocean front property that was very enjoyable!

Wonderful stay

The property was very clean and just as pictured in the photos. We loved how close of a walk it was to the beach and enjoyed that the building provided outdoors taps to wash off your feet before entering the building. The dunes obstruct the beach sand view right in front of the condo but you can see plenty of the beautiful ocean!

Beautiful place with great views and sunrises!! Great location within walking distance to several great restaurants. Condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything for the beach. Cannot say enough good things about this property. I definitely will be back.

Perfect condo

This condo is incredible. The location is close to everything, the unit is clean and perfectly decorated and the view is amazing. It was a great condo for small kids! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great property and great location

The property was wonderful. Very clean and very nice setup. Ocean view and easy access to the beach - walkway was from just behind the building. Beach chairs and cart were provided. Property is walking distance from the boardwalk and lots of restaurants.

Great condo!

Very impressed with the condo. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. Had a bit of an issue with every key code, but the one to the door to get into the condo being sent to me. Made a call and that was resolved quickly. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellence!

We booked a last minute beach vacation since our daughters decided to come home for spring break from college instead of hanging out with friends. This condo was a lovely find and worked out perfectly for our family of 4. Everyone had their own room. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The condo was spotless. You just can't beat the view from the deck. Can't wait to return.

Excellent location and very nice condo

This property was exactly as advertised. The location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was updated throughout, kitchen had everything you would need, furniture was nice and comfy, vinyl tile flooring throughout was easy to keep clean, and bedrooms were a good size. Porch and view were good, though with it being a first floor condo the view was somewhat limited by the dunes, and this unit looks directly onto the beach access boardwalk. Parking was easy and underneath the condo building. There were lots of nice touches included that you normally wouldn't get...such as liquid hand soap in all baths and kitchen, dish washing and dish washer detergents, paper towels and tp, a couple of kitchen trash bags to get you started, beach chairs and sand toys, beach towels, laundry detergent, just to name a few. This condo was very well thought out and very clean. We had a great week!
