Pretty home but management needs some work.
****Beautiful Place**** but this stay was unfortunately not what I expected. There were animal droppings under the bed and gum or something stuck to the side of it, which was both unsanitary and unsettling. The listing stated air mattresses would be available, but they weren’t in the unit—after contacting the manager I later found out they had been misplaced, he immediately ordered them for next day delivery but was delivered to a neighbor, which was ok but I had to wait for them to get home before I could retrieve them myself. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, there were no extra sheets or covers provided for the air mattress’s, the cleaning crew was supposed to take care of everything according to the manger but they dropped the ball, and not sure why but the water had a strong rotten egg smell that was very unpleasant for us.The manager was not as responsive as I would’ve liked when I raised concerns. Overall, it felt more like I was staying in someone’s personal residence than a properly prepared rental property. I won’t be booking here again. Hopefully they can get it together with the cleaning crew.
