On appelle le gestionnaire Keytoko qui ne sait pas comment allumer la climatisation et qui nous informe qu'il va envoyer quelqu'un pour voir. Rien. On rappelle, on écrit. Toujours rien. Mieux vaut une réponse négative qu'une absence de réponse ! Dommage"
