Natureza exuberante com vista privilegiada

Foi uma ótima hospedagem, apartamento grande e limpo com utensílios de cozinha, próximo a cachoeira do mancha e das praias de Caraguatatuba eu particularmente preferi a do capricornio que é linda e tem um rio de água doce cristalina.A piscina é deliciosa com iluminação, brinquedos para as crianças.Meus filhos se divertiram muito.

SENSACIONAL!!!!

Simplesmente sensacional! Fui com a minha mãe e o João nos deu toda atenção e suporte, pudemos levar nossos 2 cachorros e sobre o apartamento não temos o que reclamar. É lindo! Muitíssimo bem cuidado, mega aconchegante, quando chegamos estava impecavelmente limpo, quase nada de pernilongos mesmo sendo cercado de vegetação. Achei a localização excelente, só nos atrapalhamos um pouco quando chegamos mas depois ficou fácil. É bem ao pé do morro, um lugar maravilhoso para quem busca sossego e um ambiente acolhedor e familiar. Nos sentimos em casa! Se vc é como eu, que sempre olha as avaliações antes de fechar negócio, te digo só uma coisa. Vá sem medo! Vc não irá se arrepender. Eu pretendo voltar, já virei cliente e fã! rs Ficamos no apartamento número 04, tem uma vista linda do Morro de Santo Antonio, a vizinhança me pareceu tranquila além de muito silenciosa. Adorei! O apto. foi pensado para o total conforto dos hóspedes e uma completa infraestrutura que permitiu a mim e a minha família desfrutarmos de uma estada tranquila e segura. Ótimo apartamento novo, com móveis conservados e eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente, apartamento muito limpo e aconchegante. O Sr João muito solicito e educado. Boa tarde,Fui bem recebido pelo proprietário João, bem atencioso e preocupado com o hospede.O apartamento é bem conservado conforme é mostrado na foto.Lugar tranquilo para ir com a família caso procure um lugar sem barulho.Unica melhoria que coloco é instalar uma ou duas churrasqueira de alvenaria num lugar adequado para que a família possa desfrutar de um bom churrasco que não venha incomodar os demais moradores.Fiquei satisfeito pela acomodação,recomendo a quem estiver interessado. A casa é muito boa!!

Ficamos na casa 8 por 3 dias,o imóvel é muito bom, tem um jardim muito bem cuidado, a vista para o morro Santo Antônio é perfeita, a limpeza impecável, só as acomodações que deixaram a desejar, primeiro que no anúncio diz que acomoda até dez pessoas, as acomodações são para oito pessoas então tive que pedir pra minha filha que iria depois,não ir com as crianças, que ficaram muito decepcionadas, em uma das camas de casal e nas beliches os colchões são finos, não sendo confortáveis para dormir, na suíte o barulho de água que sobe pra caixa d"água a noite toda incomoda muito, se a pessoa não tiver nenhum distúrbio de sono deve dormir bem, eu não consegui, mas isso é só um toque pra que possam melhorar nesse sentido. Mesmo com essas pequenas falhas amei me hospedar no imóvel e voltaria com certeza, os proprietários são pessoas super prestativas e solícitas, eles ficaram sempre a disposição para qualquer eventualidade, nos deixaram muito a vontade no imóvel, inclusive pedi pra receber uns amigos que moram em Caraguá e podemos tomar um café e ter uma boa conversa, tudo sem barulho e sem incomodar os vizinhos, pois esses tbm são ótimos, uma rua tranquila, bem localizada, apesar das praias e o centro ficarem um pouco longe pra fazer a caminhada a pé, tem posto de gasolina bem próximo, mercado , um ótimo mecânico, tem um centro comercial bem surtido e é bem próximo à pista, ficamos bem a vontade, foi a primeira vez que ficamos em casa e nós gostamos muito da estadia por lá. Pra quem for leve o repelente e aproveite muito, a casa é muito boa!!!

Excelente custo benefício

O Local é novo, aparentemente construído a pouco tempo e bem mantido. O proprietário é prestativo e há uma boa higiene, tanto nas áreas comuns como no apto. Bairro calmo, vizinhança idem, ausência de pernilongos(me chamou atenção este detalhe) e boa localização são alguns dos atributos. A única coisa que ficou a desejar é a vaga de estacionamento, um pouco apertada e sem cobertura. Estive no local por 4 dias e 3 noites e posso dizer que irei novamente com certeza. É um ótimo custo benefício, se procura aluguel de um imóvel simples, ou seja, sem estrutura de lazer e apenas para uma confortável estadia eu recomendo!
