"Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of quirky art work makes the hotel very interesting and rather exciting to be in. The staff were fantastic. We were there in a heatwave, Aircon in room just about adequate. Very well connected transport 100 bus takes you to the Brandenburg gate and alexanderplatz in a few minutes. We really enjoyed this hotel and we would definitely return. Checkin is via an electronic screen . However we chose to use the guest care desk and very pleased that we did as we were treated very respectfully and politely. There is a park opposite that is slightly scruffy but there are some excellent eateries around eg Japanese eat all you can and well worth a visit is doner game for cheaper eats. "

"A daily fee for the spa area seemed over the top, versus one time payment. And some spa facilities were unavailable. Other than that, it’s a great hotel. "

"I loved staying at the SANA Berlin! The hotel is on a quiet street with grocery, shopping, and public transit options nearby. The staff was incredibly approachable and hyper focused on making the stay a lovely experience. The room I stayed in was quite large with ample storage space for those that overpack. I would definitely stay here again!"
