"Communication with the host was outstanding. Any questions or concerns were answered and resolved quickly. The home is very comfortable, with ample room in the three bedrooms, and a beautiful pool out back. The top floor bedroom was a great space and the best views of the sea, you can see clear across to mainland Italy. The house is about a ten minute walk to shops and restraunts, and the bus service makes it easy to make your way to downtown Messina in about 30 minutes. If you're planning to visit this area, I would not hesitate to recommend this home."

"The sea view was charming at night once the people in front of the hotel went home. Very helpful and corteous staff. Unfortunately the air-conditioning system did not work well, the room stayed at 26.8° and so we ended up opening the window, which meant we could hear the traffic outside."

"The hotel is very well maintained for an older property. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff spoke English which was helpful for someone trying to learn Italian. The full breakfast that was included with the cost of the room was excellent and a nice surprise. "

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."
